Your photos stay yours.
YaraArt turns your photos into artwork and short videos. To do that we handle a small amount of
information about you — and nothing more than the job requires. This page explains, in plain language,
what we hold, why we hold it, how long it stays, and how you can take it back.

Face data
Some YaraArt features let you upload a photo containing a human face so the AI can render a new
image or video from it. Because facial imagery is sensitive, we handle it under a separate and
stricter set of rules, set out here in full.
What counts as face data
Any photo or frame you upload that contains a human face, together with the temporary intermediate
representations our rendering pipeline derives from it solely in order to produce the result you
asked for.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Used only to generate your result. Face data is used for one purpose: rendering the
creation you explicitly requested. It is never used for identification, identity verification,
face matching, biometric profiling, advertising, or any other purpose.
- Processed only on our own servers. Face data is transmitted over an encrypted connection
to servers that we own and operate, and the entire generation runs inside our own infrastructure.
It is never sent to any third-party service, API, model provider, or analytics partner, and
it is never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to anyone.
- Your upload is deleted immediately. The moment generation completes, the photo you
uploaded is deleted from our servers. We keep no copy of the original, and no face template,
faceprint, embedding, or other biometric identifier derived from it.
- Results are kept 24 hours, then erased. The generated result is stored for up to
24 hours for the sole purpose of letting you download it, and is then deleted
automatically. Nothing is retained after that window.
- Never used for training. We do not use your face data, your uploads, or your generated
results to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
- No lasting record. Once these deletions have run, we hold no user-submitted image content
and no biometric data of any kind.
In short — face data goes only to YaraArt's own servers, is
used only to create the result you asked for, is deleted the instant generation completes, and the
result itself disappears automatically after 24 hours. It is never shared with third parties and
never used to train AI models.

and we will delete it promptly.

Photos & creations
This is the part people care about most, so we will be specific.
Uploads
A photo you submit is transmitted over an encrypted connection and used for one purpose: producing
the result you asked for. It is not used to train models, is not sold, and is not shown to
anyone else.
Retention
Source images are removed from the processing pipeline once the job finishes or fails. Finished
creations stay in your in-app History for roughly 24 hours so you can revisit and download
them, and are then cleared automatically. Anything you save to your device belongs to you and is
outside our reach — back up what you want to keep.
Sharing is your call
A creation only leaves YaraArt when you share or export it. We never publish your results to a
public gallery or social feed on your behalf.
