1. Information We Collect
When you use YaraDraw, we may collect:
- Photos and prompts you provide — used only to generate the oil-painting artwork or style result you request.
- Account identifiers — such as a guest or linked user ID, to sync credits, creations, and session state when you choose to sign in.
- Technical data — including IP address, app version, device model, and diagnostic logs to keep the service stable and secure.
- Purchase records — handled through Apple App Store / In-App Purchase; we receive confirmation needed to deliver credit packs, not your full payment card details.
2. Creative Content & Portrait Data
YaraDraw is designed for artistic transformation, not identity verification. Our commitments include:
- Strictly for visual effects: Uploaded images and text prompts are processed solely to produce the AI artwork you choose.
- We do not use your photos for facial recognition, biometric identification, or cross-app tracking.
- Immediate deletion: Source uploads and intermediate processing files are removed from our servers after the job completes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to resolve a support issue you report.
- We do not sell: We never sell, rent, or trade portrait, prompt, or creative data to data brokers or advertising networks.
Portrait data is used only to apply creative oil-painting effects—never for identification or marketing profiles.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and improve YaraDraw’s creation features and credit balance.
- Authenticate sessions and keep your account secure.
- Respond to feedback, troubleshoot errors, and send important service notices.
- Measure advertising campaign performance through our attribution partner when you grant permission.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Credits & Optional Sign-In
You may use YaraDraw as a guest or through a linked Google or Apple account. Credit balances and creation history are associated with your user identifier so they remain available across sessions on the same account.
Credits are available as one-time credit packs purchased with Apple In-App Purchase. YaraDraw sells only one-time credit packs.
You can sign out to return to a local guest session, switch accounts, or delete your account from Account Settings when signed in.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with carefully selected providers for cloud processing, attribution, and Apple purchase validation. These partners may access only the data necessary to perform their role and are contractually required to protect it. They may not use your information for their own unrelated marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. You can:
- Manage app permissions (such as photo library access) in iOS Settings.
- Request account deletion from Account Settings when signed in.
- Contact us through the in-app Feedback entry to exercise privacy rights or ask questions.
7. Children & Policy Updates
- Age requirement: YaraDraw is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
- Changes: We may revise this policy as our features or legal requirements evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
