1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using YaraDraw, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

YaraDraw provides AI-powered tools to transform photos into oil-painting style artwork, browse style inspiration, and manage credits within a creative studio experience. Features, models, credit costs, and availability may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.

3. Privacy & Uploaded Content

Your use of YaraDraw is also subject to our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We process uploads and prompts only as needed to deliver the creation you request.
• Image analysis is performed for artistic generation—not for identifying who you are.
• Processing data is deleted after completion except where retention is legally required or needed for support you initiate.

4. Credits & In-App Purchases

• Credits: Certain creations consume credits. Credit packs, bonus offers, and promotional balances are shown in-app before purchase or use.
• One-time packs only: Credits are sold as one-time In-App Purchases. YaraDraw sells only one-time credit packs.
• Billing: Purchases are processed by Apple App Store. Pricing, taxes, and payment methods follow Apple’s terms.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or App Store policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for Apple-billed transactions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YaraDraw to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent AI-generated output as authentic documentation without disclosure where required.
• Probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems, or resell access to the Service without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations and cooperate with lawful requests where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

YaraDraw software, branding, UI, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful, private purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Your Content & AI Output

You retain ownership of materials you upload and prompts you submit, subject to third-party rights in those materials. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your uploads solely to operate and improve the Service. Generated outputs are provided for your personal use unless otherwise stated in-app. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any photo, reference, or text you submit.

8. Disclaimers

YaraDraw is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AI results may be imperfect, unpredictable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by mandatory law, YaraDraw and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. General

• Changes: We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or product reasons. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by applicable law in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Disputes: Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
